Iola Socks is based on the distinctive shell of the Iola collection, sculpted as an enveloping form that naturally follows the contours of the body. In the "Socks" version, the upholstery extends beyond the seat to cover the base as well, resulting in a more uniform, tactile aesthetic. This continuity of fabric visually softens the transition between the shell and the legs, lending the chair a gentler, more sophisticated presence. The result retains the international appeal of the Iola collection while reinterpreting it through a detail with an almost bespoke, tailored quality.

The armless Iola Socks version maintains compact proportions—ideal for use around a dining table—with a seat height of 46.5 cm that ensures a balanced, comfortable posture for dining.
