For more than sixty years, Expormim has preserved and passed down its artisanal expertise from generation to generation. The Expormim outdoor collections
The company was founded in 1960 under the name La Exportadora del Mimbre, specializing in the production and export of wicker baskets. The founder's vision was driven by two factors: the scarcity of products made from natural materials in post-World War II Europe and the need to modernize the Moixent area, near Valencia.
Throughout its history, Expormim has faced various challenges, primarily related to markets and the availability of raw materials. Nevertheless, it has always approached every phase with a pioneering spirit and a great ability to reinvent itself.
Today, the tradition of rattan has been revived and combined with a range of materials and finishes that meet contemporary tastes and needs, to create comfortable, reliable, and sustainable furniture with artisanal care.
