In the elongated rectangular version, the tabletop appears almost inset within the frame, accentuating the design's precision. Its minimalist aesthetic reflects the design language of Francesco Meda’s entire Mediterraneo collection, which focuses on the natural quality of teak and balanced forms created for outdoor spaces.
Comfort and Functionality
The tabletop is available in white Carrara marble, marine-grade plywood with a "Cement Pearl" finish, Lava Stone, or green back-painted textured glass, allowing the table to be customized through various color and material combinations. Versatility is a key feature of the design: Gervasoni presents the Mediterraneo tables as adaptable pieces that can transform into poufs by simply replacing the solid tabletop with a dedicated cushion.
Versatility and Adaptability
Available in two sizes, the Mediterraneo table can be placed in front of sofas and chaise longues or serve as a centerpiece for an outdoor conversation area. The square version offers more compact, symmetrical proportions, while the rectangular version complements larger seating arrangements.
