Details and Measures
Design
Amia stems from a precise, dynamic concept: its legs extend along intersecting axes, rising to form a backrest with a slightly squared-off profile—a signature feature of the entire collection. The continuous upholstery softens the underlying geometry, giving the chair a gentler appearance. Miniforms describes it as a seat conceived almost like a small sofa, maintaining light proportions while offering an enhanced sense of comfort and welcome.
Comfort and functionality
Amia is available in a wide selection of fabrics and wools, ranging from smooth, compact surfaces to more tactile, textured finishes. This diverse range allows for the customization of the chair’s color, feel, and character to suit any interior. Options include textiles and wools from renowned manufacturers such as Gabriel, Dedar, Maharam, Rohi, and Sahco, alongside a curated selection of collections chosen by Miniforms.
Upholstery and customization
Amia Armrests is available in a wide range of fabrics and wools, allowing for the customization of its color, texture, and overall character. The collection includes options from various manufacturers—such as Gabriel, Dedar, Maharam, Rohi, and Sahco, among other selections curated by Miniforms—enabling configurations that range from understated to highly tactile and decorative.
Versatility and Adaptability
Thanks to its balanced proportions and the inclusion of armrests, the Amia Armrests chair is well-suited for residential dining areas, as well as restaurants, hospitality spaces, and contract environments. The fully upholstered design allows it to be used both as a dining chair and as an accent chair—especially in settings where comfort and textile quality take center stage.
